The trainers are always so motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging.At F45 I have achieved some amazing results than I ever have in other gyms. The camaraderie, support and encouragement from the trainers and other class members is phenomenal and not something I’ve received at any other gym over the years. Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness adventures or are a professional, you can guarantee you’ll find yourself being challenged either way. I actually look forward to going to classes consistently as the sessions are diverse so I never get bored! I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with F45!

The team are a great bunch of people who are positive, personable and seem to care very much for their patrons. I have met so many brilliant people who are equally energised by the fun and friendly atmosphere. One of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and general well-being!

I came on-board after a two week trial. The coaches are super fun and encourage you heaps!
