  Excellent efficient service, other pathology clinics have struggled to extract my blood without trying various veins. ACL make the process look easy, hence why I return there for my regular blood tests.

  It's nearly impossible to get through to them via phone. I tried calling at different hours of the day over a few days trying to get some information for a pathology test but no one answered the phone. In the end, I had to make a trip to the clinic with uncertainty. Customer service at the clinic is a different story altogether. No one bothers to greet or even acknowledge the presence of customers that walk in. There are no check-ins at the reception counter. You simply have to wait without any idea of how many people are in line in front of you or how long it is going to take.

  Keeping in line with social distancing guidelines, if it is busy you may need to wait outside / in your car due to the limited number of people who are allowed to wait in the waiting room (5 people, from memory). Staff moved through the queue of waiting people quickly, and the were able to do a blood test quickly, easily, and without pain.
